Briefing

Trust and procurement

What procurement, security and legal teams usually ask us, answered in one place. If something's missing, ask, and we'll answer in writing.

Independence and conflict-of-interest policy

Advice is only worth something if you know who's paying for it. These rules apply to every engagement.

  • Fees disclosed in writing

Before you sign with any provider we introduced, we tell you in writing whether and how that provider compensates us.

  • Your price never goes up

Our referral fee comes from the provider's budget. It is never added to your price.

  • Client-paid on independent work

On program assurance, sourcing and RFP advisory, and due diligence, you are our only source of payment. We take no fees from any bidder, integrator or provider involved in that decision.

  • Relationships disclosed

If anyone at NETVarista has a personal, employment or financial relationship with a provider under consideration, we disclose it before the evaluation starts.

  • No exclusivity, no quotas

We have no exclusive agreements and no sales quotas with any provider.

  • Options and criteria in the open

Where the market allows, we bring at least two options, score them against criteria you approve, and share the scoring with you.

How we vet providers

Before a provider is recommended for your pursuit, it's checked against the same criteria, and the results are yours to see.

Financial stabilityAble to support you for the length of the contract.
Certifications that matterVendor partner levels, plus ISO 27001 or SOC 2 for managed services.
References in your industryRecent clients with a similar scale and environment.
A named delivery teamThe people who will do the work, not just the sales team.
Security and insuranceA security posture and coverage that match the risk.
Terms that protect youSLA credits, OLAs between providers, and exit and transition help.
Scorecard historyHow they've performed on our day-two scorecards.

How we handle your data

  • A mutual NDA from the first technical conversation.
  • Least access: only the people on your engagement see your data, and only for as long as they need it.
  • Credentials and system details shared only through a secure method you approve, never by email.
  • No client data in public AI tools. Any AI we use on your engagement runs in an environment you approve.
  • Your data returned or deleted at the end of the engagement, confirmed in writing.
  • If an incident affects your data, we notify you promptly and work with your team on the response.

Contracting

We can work under your master services agreement or ours. Every statement of work spells out the scope, the rate, a not-to-exceed amount and acceptance criteria. We complete standard vendor security questionnaires on request.
